Thomas - the master of winery
 
 

During the vegatation process I primarily work in the vinyard itself. The whole organization of harvesting, the processing of the grapes and last but not least the winemaking and bottling are my main tasks from September throughout February. Marketing, festivals and the sale run parallel to the daily work of a winery.

 
Apart from that I am a passionate hunter
