Schilcher creme for 4

2 eggs

0,5 l Schilcher, ev. Spätlese

125 g Sugar

1 Pkackage Vanilla sugar

0,25 l creme

Mix all ingredients except crème cold. Boil it up! Meanwhile whip the cream and add to the dough when it cooled down. You can enjoy the crème hot or cold and we recommend fresh grapes to it.


Wine biscuits with White & Sweet

600 g Flour

600 g Butter

7 EL White & Sweet

1 Package Vanilla sugar

Plum jam

Cinnamon, sugar

Mix flour, butter, Schilcher and vanilla sugar to a dough and let it rest for half in hour in the fridge. Roll it ½ cm thin and cut out biscuits in different shapes. Put some jam in the middle and bring the ends together. Bake them at 200 degree celsius. Put them in sugar cinnamon mix when right after baking.


Redwine cake

250 g Butter

250 g sugar

4 eggs

1 Package  Vanilla sugar

1 sp cinnamon

1 sp cacao

300 g flour

1 Package baking soda

100 g dark chocolate grated

1/8 l Blauer Zweigelt

200 g powder sugar

Mix butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla sugar foamy. Mix cinnamon, chocolate, cacao, flour, backing soda and add it to the dough. Bake it for 50 minutes at 200 degree Celsius.

For the icing mix wine with powder sugar and hot water and out it on top of the cake. Let it cool down and enjoy!
